Circle Square Commons (OTOW)
Featuring a new auditorium that is Ocala’s largest indoor entertainment venue hosting up to 600 guests banquet-style and over 900 theatre-style, the popular facility serves as the entertainment and social hub for the renowned 13,000-acre active adult community. Included: On Top of the World Sales Center and Design Studio, The Ranch and Fitness Center and Spa, Sid's Coffee Shop, the Education Center and Retail Shops. Constructed of structural steel, metal stud and masonry block, the building includes a variety of attractive, cost-effective exterior and interior finishes.

Solivita
This Mediterranean town center includes every conceivable amenity for the active adult. Separated by a cobblestone street, the town center includes a ballroom, fitness center, indoor lap pool and indoor elevated walking track, and outdoor resort pool, and a golf clubhouse with cart bar, arts and crafts room, gatehouse and tower.

Avalon Town Center
A design-build agreement to manage the design, permitting and construction management of a four-story coventional steel building with metal stud and stucco exterior finish. The three upper floors are finished multi-family rental units and the ground floor houses high end retail tenants.

Lake Sumter Landing
The "Street of Dreams" serves as The Villages' Sales Center offering a la carte selection of available homes and finish upgrades. Constructed of structural steel, metal stud and masonry block, this design/build complex contains nine themed buildings with fine quality finishes.

Spanish Springs Town Center
Spanish Springs was the first town center built in active adult community of The Villages, by Edwards Construction. It encompasses nearly half a million square feet of Mixed-Use facilities. Built with a Spanish theme setting, Spanish Springs offers something for everyone from "The Rialto" Theater to quaint coffee shops, dance hall, a bowling alley, shopping boutiques, jewelry stores, church and numerous restaurants. Walking down the streets of Spanish Springs you feel as though you have been taken away to a different country.
