IDI Madison Industrial ParkThe IDI Madison Industrial Park consists of five warehouse sites with the first two currently being constructed. Building “E” is the first structure to start construction, consisting of a 147,000 SF flex space warehouse, 36’ tilt-wall building, built up roof system, 35’ glass curtain walls at store and decorative canopies. Building “A” will be the second structure to be constructed, consisting of a 385,619 SF flex space warehouse with 106 loading docks, 36’ tilt-wall building, built up roof system, 20’ glass curtain walls at store and decorative canopies.
Cardinal Glass-2006 Project of the YearA laminated glass manufacturing plant/pre-engineered metal building with attached office space. Building and MEP systems in compliance with FM Global requirements. Edwards was responsible for following procurement procedure for and oversee and coordinate all major process equipment delivery and installation.
Patilllo Buildings- Polk CountyEdwards constructed four spec shell warehouses utilizing concrete tilt-wall panels and a pre-engineered metal building standing seam roof system.
IntellitecThis project consists of constructing roadways and associated water, sewer, and drainage systems for an 8.47 acre manufacturing facility. This includes re-grading the site to direct storm water into the storm water management system. This is a 62,872 sq. ft Manufacturing Facility with six loading docks, 6,415 sq. ft. of office space, 37,445 sq. ft. factory/industrial space and 19,022 sq. ft. of future expansion space. The facility is to be concrete reinforced slab with 7 ¼” tilt-up walls, steel bar joists with 1 ½” 22 Ga. metal deck with 20 RTU units totaling 86 tons of cooling.
K-Mart Distribution CenterConstructed of pre-cast walls, conventional structural steel framing and single-ply roofing system, this enormous build-to-suit facility features an extensive conveyor and racking system.
