Nocatee Aquatics and Community ParkThe 21 acre recreational facility located in the Nocatee Town Center Community Park, Jacksonville, FL, features a two-story, 12,000 SF Community Center and meeting space, a fitness center, bathhouse, pavilions, cabanas and offices; and a resort style Aquatics Park with three swimming pools and a 52-foot water slide tower. The park will also feature a "lazy river" with casading waterfalls and whirlpool. Designed in "Florida Classical" architecture by Ervin Lovett & Miller.
Southern Hills Plantation Clubhouse & PoolBuilt for LandMar Group, Southern Hills’ 20,000 SF plantation-style clubhouse is approximately 80 feet above its original amenities and offers a panoramic view of the challenging Pete Dye-designed golf course. It features a two-story block and stucco building with horizontal wood lap siding and the distinctive outdoor staircase was poured-in-place. Also included is a full commercial kitchen as well as snack bar and Pro Shop. The facility also has a zero entry pool with an attached lap pool, four tennis courts, basketball court, and multipurpose field.
Stonecreek Amenities-2008 Project of the YearEdwards scope of work included a 24,416 SF community center featuring a ballroom and club room as well as a 23,500 SF fitness center with indoor pool, heated spa, men's and women's massage facilities, steam room and sauna. Also included are a guardhouse and sales center. Additionally courts for tennis, horseshoe, pickle ball and bocce are included.
Lake Nona TownCenterThe TownCenter features a main hall, fitness center, conference rooms, library and deli/kitchen, as well as, a bank, gift shop, hair salon, post office and real estate office. The Mediterranean-styled complex includes a clock tower, cupolas, gas station, resort and lap pools, six tennis courts and one basketball court.
Lake Miona Regional Recreation CenterConstruction of a Village Regional Recreation Center, consisting of a pool house, pool storage, pavilion and numerous outdoor recreational amenities.
