Edwards Awarded JJ Taylor Warehouse
10/16/2009 - EDWARDS CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC has been recently awarded the J.J. Taylor Warehouse located in Ft. Pierce, FL. This beverage transfer facility will be constructed utilizing tilt-wall panels and insulated cooler panels. Incorporated in the total square footage is 4,600 SF of office space, 3,000 S.F. of refrigerated cooler and 17,000 SF of warehouse. The refrigerated space is designed to maintain a temperature of 35-37 degrees. Other features include 10 dock positions and a single ply roof over insulated lightweight concrete. Built on nearly six acres, the anticipated construction schedule is five months.
