Edwards' Joins Evergreen Elementary as Business Partner
10/2/2009 - Ocala-based EDWARDS CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC has become the Business Partner for Evergreen Elementary School. In addition to Edwards’ commitment to Evergreen, the administration and staff have gone through a number of changes this year, as new principal Cassandra Boston and many new teachers have revitalized the school. One other addition will be a classroom building, which Edwards will construct on campus in 2010. Edwards was selected as Construction Manager for the project in the summer and should start construction the first quarter of 2010. “We appreciate the trust Marion County Public Schools has in Edwards to build Evergreen’s new classroom addition,” said Company President Steve Edwards. We also feel it is important to give back to our public schools as business partners in order to support their important work.”
