Villages' Projects - Recently Completed
9/15/2009 - Morgan Stanley - Edwards ‘ has recently completed a 9,000 sq ft shell building for The Villages of Lake Sumter, Inc. This building will be home to Morgan Stanley and two other new tenants. Some of the defining characteristics of this building include Florida Field stone, Coronado tile wainscoting, cedar shake shingles and custom murals accented within the gables.
Creekside Mill, an 8,700 sq. ft. shell building for The Villages of Lake-Sumter, Inc. will be home to Coldwater Creek and includes their signature cultured stone façade with Lake Sumter Landing’s motif of decorative columns, board and batten, and gingerbread trim. Other defining characteristics of this building include four long spanning decorative gable trusses, metal roofing, concrete tiles and a thirty foot high water wheel located in the adjacent Canal. Topping out at 42’, it is one of the tallest buildings in downtown Lake Sumter Landing.
Renovations to the three-story 52,000 sq.ft. La Reina Building, located in Spanish Springs, for the Villages of Lake Sumter are now completed. The renovations were made to accommodate the introduction of The Banner Mercantile and The Villages’ Wellness Center into the Facility.
